I have a template in HTML/CSS, I want to convert it into a PHP-MySQL powered by bootstrap (everything should be responsive even images), and should be very well documented inside with comments. This template should have an active login page, with working links reading from a database.(you can use any database with any table) Login should have one way storing password encryption and forgot password option to send a link to email that will allow changing the password with an expiry period of 20 min. When clicking on login it should open a page that would cover the website (as if loader page) Example: click on login to the right and you will see how it should be [login to view URL] There is also in the sub pages [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] a bug when you expand the link and click on a page, it is re-dimming the link.
