I currently have a cut up design for a website which I need coded in php and loaded on the server. I then need the following done for the website as well. - setup wordpress blog along with several plugins including one for a bulletin board. - setup 9-10 pages of content on design template provided. the templates would include text, pictures, links, and advertisements. - install a cms so all content on homepage can be updated, I can create new pages of content, etc. (we can use wordpress as cms if recommended)
