Custom project on osCommerce - PHP coding + graphic interface

We own an heavily customized, very large osCommerce store. We need to constantly add small to big new features, changes, bug fixes, improvements to the store, that we project creating a set of detailes pictures with comments and very comprehensive explanations. We are looking for a talented programmer with solid osCommerce coding experience to code the required changes. Coder must analyze the request, predicting possible bugs and conflicts with existing customizations. A proactive attitude is strongly requested: for example, if coder is requested to develop a "create account page" with "password" and "verify password" fields, there must be no need to specify that is also needed to develop a check to see if the 2 passwords match, and if they don't, an error message shall be displayed, and this error message must be styled using the same graphics and fonts used in the website. Job is on hourly basis, and on projects. Each time we need a new feature, we develop a project (pictures and text detailed explanations), share on google drive/skype etc. and we are very happy to explain in details the required job before coder starts. We can follow the programmer on each stage of coding,answering any questions.
