Build a e-commerce website

I'm looking to make a user friendly, graphic pleasant, B2B e-commerce website. - Something like a modification of alibaba but with graphics that are beautiful and simplistic (example: apple's website) - The site should have 3 user types (Administrator, Seller, Buyer) - Give access to administrators to the backend - The administrator(s) should be able to create categories and sub-categories for sellers to upload their products - Users should only be able to register as sellers or buyers - The product information should include product name, type, description, images, meta-keywords - Products should have to be approved by the administrator before being published on the site - Sellers should be able to view all products and make edits - Administrator will need to re-approve product edits - Buyers should be able to search for products by category, name, and general keywords - Sellers and Buyers can start chat like discussions about the product and discuss/agree on price - Seller/buyer website disclosures will be provided for approval - Purchase on-site. This is just top line information. Any info that will be provided about the project will be confidential and cannot be shared to anyone.
