Hi Hemanshu, I have read your discription. According to my estimate its 50-60hr task considering admin-side, design and front-end. If you like then I can send you my previous work. Site will be divided into 3 phase : 1) designing 2) front end and 3) admin side I will move on next phase only after the payment of the previous phase is release by you depending working hours of that particular phase ( I have very bad experience with indian clients so i am just trying to be more conscious ).
