Build a Website parcel price comparison

Hi We have a client that is looking for a calculator simalar to the one found on parcelsplease DOT co DOT uk They do not want the full site recreating only the Green quick qoute section along with the booking and payment sections. The payment handeler would have to be paypal and multisafepay Vaiables for the calculator will be in the form of parcel dimmensions and parcel weight, This muct be easy to intergrate into a wordpress oriented website and it must be simple to ammend the pricing structure of the quote. Ideally this will add information to a database on completion of purchasing as well as emailing the client to notify them that a new parcel delivery has been requested. We are not 100% certain on the budget for this project as of yet so please bid at the minimum that you would do this work for even if it is over the amount specified on our budget.
