Build a Website - Finish Website - repost 3

I have a WordPress based website which was started using Avada theme but not complete. I have a mock up for it along with some plugins to achieve what I need done. Now I need your help in getting this done within 2 hours time. Please do not bid if you cannot complete within 2 hours time. Total budget is $20.00 USD including freelancer fees. Like I said it is not a lot of work. We need to add a contact us section, and news letter section, need to incorporate a display plugin, and need to fix some css, and few other small minor changes.
