Benjamin Lincoln - biography website

I need a biography website done for Benjamin Lincoln from the ground up. Any simple design will do (preferably historical looking?), my intention is to have a website created with useful information on this individual, with advertisements (to earn revenue). This must be a "set-it-and-forget-it" website requiring no maintenance. The person I hire for this project much research Benjamin Lincoln, and recompile all important information and pictures onto this website. You can use static HTML pages, PHP files, CMS's (Wordpress, Drupal, etc), anything you'd like to use to get the job done. Not looking for a custom design as I do not have the budget for it, just the base website with content and images on a simple pre-made theme that fits.
