Auto Responder Website Design, Translation and Test

I bought an autoresponder script which is installed and running in [login to view URL] The project consists on: 1. as you can see the design is very basic, I would like to design for it a good professional winning template, like the pros. 2. as you can see, it is in english language, and I need to translate it to spanish, because it is going to be used in the spanish speaking market. 3. test that everything works fine, and if something does not work fine, fix it 4. I would like to create and incorporate in this script, a feature for users to choose and/or design graphical opt in forms, like Aweber do. I do not want to copy them, our graphics must be unique, but i mention Aweber because they have a feature to do this, and that is what I want. This script has an option to create opt in form code to be posted to the website, but it is too plain and simple. 5. Develop a users manual, in spanish again, which should be available to users through their account control panel.
