Advanced Wordpress for Magazine

We need a team of programmers & designers to put together the new website for Oblogo ([login to view URL]). Oblogo is a paper and digital magazine published in Argentina. All contents are in Spanish and come from blogs. Oblogo requests bloggers permission to republish their posts in its website and in its paper magazine. Oblogo has been in business for three years. Currently we have a Joomla website ([login to view URL]) where we publish around ten articles per week. We want to migrate to Wordpress and add several new features. Especially we want very advanced and customized features for the post search engine, as well as a number of customized forms in order to post specific content to the site. The main objectives of the site are (in order of importance): - Providing a selection of literary pieces. This material must be easy to find in our website by a simple navigation system and a search page that allows the user to apply different filtering criteria. We want to provide our readers with a very pleasant browsing and reading experience. - Being an efficient platform for the interaction and participation of the different members in our community: authors, illustrators, tweeters, readers, “ambassadors” (people who distribute our paper magazine), and so on. - Explain what Oblogo is and provide information about our company, contact forms, institutional updates, etc. The site should be light and simple, with a focus on usability and findability. Texts must have good constrast and readability. Navigation must be quick and intuitive. It’s important to minimize the amount of clicks and steps required to perform each action. Image and design must reflect Oblogo’s current identity and "personality". We suggest designers get familiar with the current site before starting the new design.
