I am starting an on-line bakery. I have a logo already but need pictures posted, a shopping cart, pay pal or other e-commerce and some fun buttons for customer's comments, etc. I have the Dreamweaver web program and want to manage my site with this. I need someone who is knowledgeable and can get the job done, and provide some assistance after I'm up and running. (We can negotiate after this project is completed). Shipping and handling charges will need to be calculated on the amount of purchase, and I need software built in so I can simply download all address labels from purchase orders onto mailing labels. Need counters on several pages and a cross reference to my other website which has the word "granola" in it so web engines will pull it up [[login to view URL]][1] (neither site is posted yet) and brousers can go to my site [[login to view URL]][2] which are both registered. Several sites to go to to see what I want are: [[login to view URL]][3] and [[login to view URL]][4] The first is simple and basic and has almost everything I need (a few more buttons for places to go) but I want it to look more like the chocolate site... (mine won't be this big, however). Need a practical, beautiful website! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: Dreamweaver software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Program needs to run on an accessable operating system such as Windows XP and in all 3.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape, Linux, etc.
