Custom ActionScript 3 Game Phase 1

We need a custom ActionScript Game to embed in our Wordpress site. The game is very simple, no animations but does require the saving the game state for each logged in user into a Mysql database. If you prefer, we can accept use of XML to save the game state. The game consists of a logged in user to choose 12 random cards from 60 (numbered 1 through 60). Everyday a script generates 2 numbers (called the AM and the PM number) which will appear on a separate box. The script is already done, and we've already got the boxes displaying the AM and PM number. We just need you to design an interface on AS which can display the users numbers from the database. This game has already been done on pure PHP on the Social Engine, but we need something that can be used in any platform. We need this done by Monday evening 10PM EST. Please only bid if you have experience using PHP with AS3. You will be given access to the wordpress site and we'll provide you with all the graphics you need. You will also be given links to the same existing game and any code you may need. The successful bidder will have more work coming their way if we are satisfied.
