Create a community forum , private 1-1 discussion and a group chat

We want to develop forum,chat and private conversation chat rooms for [login to view URL] of punbb or any other open source forum also OK. 1) Functions required :- -forum -chat -private conversations. Features required : -New user friendly, clutter free look -All design modifiable through CSS -Should integrate login with the main site (parent site using cookies) -Should be callable/linkable from the parent site -Use of open source software is OK provided all three functions gel together -Scalable design and architecture. Skills Requirement :- You should have demonstrable experience doing forum integration, customization and development work You need to provide examples(links) of forum integration The product needs to be delivered strictly on time within 20 days(3 weeks) complete screen designs will be done first before coding. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
