Consulting Business Website

Consulting business requires slick and feature-rich website as the first point of call for clients and consultants. The client pages website will include amongst other things, service descript pages, a quote submission page and contact page. There will also need to be an emailing feature for contacts, email forward, job description submission and quick survey and testimonial submission facilities. A database is needed, because clients will be required to register in order to submit job requests. There will also be a mailing list feature and a very simple billing module - to take mini subscriptions. The consultant pages will a registration facility with keyword search on the information. There will be billing for consultants too. There will also be a networking module where by consultants invite others to join a textual/visual network with options to accept or decline. The website needs a unique look and feel as well as strong corp ID and logo. We have no clear strategy on the best backend structure or front-end tools to use, so we are looking for help on this in terms of cost, accessibility and maintenance. **Essentially, we require a team/company individual who can help us spec. out fully the project and scope. We need continuity and support in relation to hosting and maintenance. ** This is the first of a number of projects we have in scope, so we would like someone reliable to initiate a longterm working relationship with. Any replies will be expected to provide detail in relation to the strategy and the approach that will be adopted in meeting our requirements and being within budget. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
