data purchase web pages/ application in php

I am looking for web application to list data for sale off a mysql view. The data will be available to purchase so a tick for each line of data will be listed to add to a basket. A login/register module will be available with a payment module to convert the balance into credit. Each line of data purchased will be reducing the client credit.
