code for options on agoracart

I have set up agoracart on my website <[login to view URL]> You can view the cart be selecting helmets button on the site. In the items for sale I have a field for customer to enter the name they would like on the batting helmet. I don't have the correct code or script to capture their input in this field. I need a coder that is familiar with agoracart to correct this problem.
