change the layout of a PHP script and create a multilanguage system

I have a online photostore script written in PHP and mysql, with a already built-in layout. Also I have a new layout, in vectorial png format (Fireworks) correctly separetely in layers. I need the new layout applied? in the? the existing one. To have a better idea about the size of the work, the script and actual layout can be found at <[login to view URL]> It's important to say that the admin area does NOT need to have it's layout changed. When I asked? the designer to create the new layout, I asked him to keep the link structure in the pages, changing only it's position (in the same page) to make the changing-layout work easy. Also I need a multilanguage system (today the script is only in english, I need the flexibility to change the language). I want give to the users? more than one language to choose.? The admin tool must be kept in english only. Basicaly put the labels and messages stored on the database or flat files (or another solution, doesn't matter). During the work, I'm sure that will be to many questions, so I'll be available in my email during the day and msn/email at night (I'm on GMT-3, Brazil). ## Deliverables Portuguese speakers are desirable, not compulsory.
