What I need is a software that receives price data from the broker/exchange. Based on a simple calculation, it generates orders. Orders go to the broker, he forwards them to the exchange. The exchange sends the fills information and current price information. Based on this information, the program generates new orders and replaces or cancels the old ones . This adjustment occurs every tick , every time the price changes - can be several times per second, so the speed is important, as well as accuracy.
