C# Sample Code & Documentation

We are a small LAMP shop in the Chicago area. We work with Linux, PHP, C and MySQL and do no Dot Net work. We have a small Dot Net project we are looking for someone to handle for us. If it goes well we occasionally have other Dot Net needs that we can send your way. The project is to create sample C# code and documentation to interface with the client API on MustangList.com. The documentation for the API is attached and assumes a PHP programmer.
