Dating Agency PHP rework

Hi I am working on a site at the moment which needs the following - membership log in upload photo details descripton fields going with details admin log in searchable ability to display uploaded photos and details in interesting format paypal payment system now the best thing i have though for this is is anyone has a dating agency script that can be modified - this is not for a dating agency - this is for a model agency whereby people can upload their photos for advertising the site model is made, so the php wanted willhave to fir in with site at moment - but that i dont condiser a problem my budget is low on this, i am driven by what the customer wants to pay; but there is a probability of extra work in many different forms. So really looking for someone who may not have much work in the next few weeks and is happy to invest time, effort and build a relationship with me for maybe less money than I feel it should be. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. I think that I have described it incorrectly as I have just realised that what it needs is not a dating agency script but - a photos gallery script, but so people can upload their photos, will information fields to say who they are etc, some sort of log in for them and a paypal system, as they shall be paying to place their photo and details on our site. The site has been made and so would have to be incorported into that and an ability to display thumbnails and breif details accross the site. ## Platform all verisons of IE
