The Millcraft web page will be professional, easy to use, and will encourage browsers to stay and buy. The web page does not necessarily have to include the company name. In fact, it is not desirable. The focus is on paper products, which is Millcraft’s line of business. The web site should be optimized so that it is selected by search engines. Millcraft will be able to: Do specials Add artwork Administer the web site as needed The web site’s purpose is e-commerce. The customers will be able to click on the product they wish to purchase and view a product sample. The order, when placed, will be sent to the warehouse printer and be filled. The order will then be shipped by company truck, or by UPS. An overnight shipping service should also be made available. Payment will be made using MC, VISA, American Express or Paypal. The web page should be fully functional. Easily cross-sell/up-sell other items contained in the catalog.
