Classified ad site template design

Dear all, I have a classified ads website, www.nhipcaumuaban.com. The site is working but the template is not serious and good enough for business. Also, it does not work properly in different browsers. For that reason, I want to have a completely fresh template for the site. Please go to the site to see all its components (site logo, top banner, partner logos on the right, diffrent boxes on the left, search area, content area) Basically, all the pages of the site are almost the same, only the content area (currently its the light yellow area in the center) will be different. Therefore, you are expected to design a one page template using HTML and CSS and my progammer will integrate this template into the php files. You can use a new color theme if you like. The template must be working well with main browers, e.g. Internet Explorer, FireFox, Nescape... The search area will be used to search contents shown in the content area, so it should be put above the content area. I attach here the PSD file of the site logo so that you may change its colors a little bit to fit the new template. The site should occupy the whole screen and works with resolution from 800x600 and above. Please provide your sketches, mock ups. Because I need the template done in a short time, I will choose one among the provided mock ups as soon as 1 is suitable. Also, I expect to have the job done within 2 days.
