Change design of pages(repost)

We already have a professionally designed site however certain pages of the site needs some re-work. Although the site is professionally done, I feel that it is boring. We need to add some images, restructure html. **_ _** About current design: we use joomla to host the site. So, your design will go the middle section of the site. See the attached image. You are bidding on designing 10 pages of the site. This is the initial design. The next stage is to design 10 more pages. That will be a private bid to the same company that designs the first portion. **Design guidelines: ** 1- Most of our clients are corporate clients. We need the design to give a corporate feel to it. 2- If you use images of human, do not use big images. It is rare to see large images of humans on fortune 500 clients. 3- The css and outer template is already designed. You will change the inner html. **_No change in font size or color is required or accepted. We already have the css designed._** 4- I care mostly about quality.
