Career Companion Redevelopment

I am loooking for a PHP and MySQL programmer to help re-develop an existing web site which is a portal for Careers information. We have already enaged a graphic designer who has done all the graphics and cascading style sheets for the "new look" web site. We have a database design which supports the content elements in the web site but need? someone to write the actual PHP code to build the dynamic pages. We recongnise that the? database design may change over time as the site develop ## Deliverables This is our first attempt to outsource this work.? All development to date has been done internally. Unsure of the amoutn of work required at this stage.? Our budget is not large and we are looking for someone who can quickly get up to speed and understadn the concept of what we want to do. Need to have good english and clear communication skills. Happy to work in an Agile/iterative manner once we find a resource we can get on well with. Timescale is to have something that is working for demonstration and sales purposes by end of April.? Final working site to be ready for full launch by end of May.
