CUSTOM CMS

I need a pretty robust CMS System for my current web site HardcoreMayhem.com. The CMS sections can be each done by different coders so that the process is faster. I also don't mind choosing one coder to do the whole thing as long as it can be done in seperate sections at different times. I have included a text file outline of the main things I will need.
