CSS Template Creation

I am looking for a CSS template design for a "Plug-In Profit Site" (I'm not sure if you're familiar with these sites, but it's a regular site as far as the coding goes). I'm only looking for a template of the site, and a logo will be supplied to the winning coder upon their bid being selected. The template must include all graphics that go to the site (for example, if you use a navigation bar that requires graphics, you need to include these graphics, but the logo will still be supplied by me), as well as all CSS code that goes with the site. A list of requirements: 1. Must be a CSS site - no tables at all 2. No "made by" links (I am willing to pay more for this) 3. Navigation bar is required (you may use a "dummy" set of links, so I can modify it all) Thanks! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
