Boat Builder Website

I need a website built for a boat building company. The site I'd like it to look like is [[login to view URL]][1] The main page should be half or completely flash. I only need about 5 unique pages, the rest can be templated and will contain static information that I will enter myself. I have many photos of boats in the process of being built as well as finished boats. If you are artistic and can make my boats look good and know flash well please bid. We have come to an agreement that the coder did make their best efforts to complete the job but due to complications beyond their control was unable to finish the project in a timely manner. My comment should not influence your choice to use them to produce quality software for your needs. Because RAC does not allow bid requests to contain personally identifiable information I cannot use their name; but it sounds like a pizza topping software company. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
