Basic Content Management System

I am looking for an experienced PHP coder to implement 3 Content Management System modules. These modules; are part of a web based application consisting of around 20 modules, are clearly documented in a Techical Specification, and are designed to function on a clearly documented (again in the technical specification) Base System. --------------------------- THIS PROJECT IS ONLY FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FOLLOWING 3 MODULES; CMS Section Administration CMS Document Administration CMS PDF Administration THESE ARE CLEARLY DESCRIBED IN THE "05-Technical [login to view URL]" which will be made available to serious bidders. --------------------------- The coder must have a knowledge of; object oriented programming, PHP4, english (fluent). --------------------------- The coder must; 1. work within the framework set out in the "01-Project Plan - [login to view URL]" 2. complete tasks set out in "02-Scope of Works - [login to view URL]" 3. implement features illustrated in "04-Functional Specification - Wireframes - 11 - Content Mangement [login to view URL]" 4. conform to the coding standards set out in "05-Technical [login to view URL]" ----------------------------------------------------- The CMS Modules are part of a tec spec for a large web based application. On successful completion of this work there is the prospect of further work to complete the remaining modules. Currently the Base System Modules have been implemented. The Coder will gain access to these once assigned to complete this project. The document is 29 pages long and describes the requirement for the entire application. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
