Auction Web APP

Hi All, I am looking for someone to create a full WEB Application to My Specifications. The Website will require designing in FULL. I have all the pages and functionality documented for you to follow. It will include: Customer Loging and customer recognition ("Welcome back xxx") The ability to bid over the net for items (only once registered) If someone else bids for the same item an email will be genereated to all other people bidding for the item to tell them they have been out bid and , would they like to bid again. The ability to pay for the item through them web. The ability for customers to enter their interestes into their site profile and have automatic searches take place and be notified by email if there is any items match their interests ADMIN CONTROL PANEL. The ability to set up auctions dates and times The ability to up load CSV files (details of auction items)through the web and have them populate the SQL database More on this later These are the main things I can would like and probably the hardest. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
