Access 2000 DB - Enhancement for new market sector

Existing database (Access 2000) allows client to store lease information - it has one main screen and about 6 minor screen. It has a MySQL backend (we will make the changes to that) and is linked using MyODBC. The client has stored lease information for **retail** property. They now wish to move into other sectors ??" starting with **commercial** (office) property. Commercial property is very similar to retail with some differences. It has been decided by the client that the data should be stored in separate tables and therefore maintained by different screens. The Main Menu will be modified to have a dropdown that allows the user to select the Property Type. A new View Lease screen will be created that will be very similar to the existing View Lease screen (with 4 tabs). A new Commercial Property screen will be created that is based off the existing Property screen (which will be renamed Retail Property). **See attached Functional Specificaiton and spreadsheet for futher details**. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Microsoft Access 2000 MySQL backend (not sure over version)
