delphi development

I am seeking a delphi developer to fix up and clean up one of our older apps, the app is a application which was build a couple years ago, it will compile under delphi 5 and 6, we have yet to try under 7, but i dont think that will be a problem, the developer should have extensive knowledge in VCL, COM and activex and the project will use all 3 of these technologies. The application is a network based application which related and deals with document creating, managment and delivery, we basically need the app cleaned up a bit, tested for atleas 10 days and have it made more manigable.
