Amazon product catalog to csv for magento import

I need ~120 products copied from amazon and entered into a csv for import into magento. Some of the data has been exported from amazon already but it is lacking images (multiple images per product) and new product SKU.
Once imported, I want the products in magento to look like the products in amazon, separated into their categories, etc.
attached is the spreadsheet from amazon, will provide a link to the store upon request
