Data Entry: From Txt, Doc files to formatted PDFs

This is a straight forward Data entry. Im have about 600 Interview Question Papers of various companies in India, in .doc or .txt format. Most of these files range from half page upto 5-6 pages (per file). The content on these doc/txt files are not formatted preoperly & may contain mails/headers of mails/email addresses or such content. You need to remove those content (if any) & save the content in PDF format as per the template Im providing you. While saving, the PDF file should be locked from copying. I mean the text shouldn't be copied to clip-board. If you've worked on writing PDF files earlier, you'd know this. For example Im attaching 3 files. I myself have converted the content from the file "[login to view URL]" to "[login to view URL]". Have a look at it. **IMPORTANT:** I have attached another file "[login to view URL]". While bidding for the work, convert this file to PDF as per template. Further mention the time span you need to do this work. Time is not important. Quality of work is. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PDF format. PDFs should be compatible with upto Adobe Reader 7.0
