Clean web report from Access Query with 36 columns

I have a web based application created with a program called aspmaker. The app is written in ASP. I have a report that is created via a master/detail relationship. The report has 36 columns and is not very easy to read. I would like to have you create a much cleaner report that is easy to read, will print cleanly, and export to excel as well. I would like the report to still either use the master/detail relationship or what might be easier is creating a filter based on a particular filed in the report. The report is based on a MS Access query I have already completed. I will supply the MS Access file to the coder, and I have attached screen shots of the current report. I would like to see samples of reports from bidding coders, and would like to have this done asap.
