Affiliate Script Change

I currently have an affiliate script written in coldfusion combined with an access database that pays a commission on all sales, including recurring billing sales (subscription sales). I would like it modified so that it only pays for the first sale, and does not count recurring billing into the affiliates earnings. For example, the subscription is $50 to start, then $10 each month there after. The affiliate commission is 20%. So, on an affiliate sale of the commission, the affiliate would earn $10 (20% of $50). This is correct. The next month, currently the program considers the affiliate to have earned another $2 (20% of $10). This is the part I want removed. I not only need the modification, but explicit details on exactly what code was changed, so that in the event of future upgrades of this script, I can continue to remove the recurring affiliate commission structure. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
