I need a full featured News site build 90% similar to http://www.prothom-alo.com. I prefer it to be done with codeignator. The design should be 90% similar to the http://www.prothom-alo.com. The deadline is little tight here, I need it to be done before 8th August. The best choice will be a developer who already have a script of a news site. My budget is $350.
