We're looking for a Web Developer to build a real estate website. We're looking to hire someone that we can use time and time again. At this stage we don't have a lot of code done, so it is a clean slate as far as the technology goes. We're a new start up business based in Australia and we need a new website built using the Drupal theme Freehold (or similar) which already has a lot of the functionality we need. Type: New Website which uses a two-sided marketplace Using theme: [login to view URL] Please confirm you can develop the below functions and this will be used to see whether you have read our request properly. - a website that is able to handle 10 million property listings - ability for user to login/ add/ edit listings - ability for user to see the number of times their property has appeared in search, viewed and watched - ability for user to save their search and receive email alerts - ability for user to make a payment online (credit card, paypal, etc) - use of Google Streetview and Maps Please showcase your Drupal portfolio only, any large marketplace examples highly regarded.
