Create HTML Pages

I need a html css webpages. I want the pages that is similar to this one which is pretty light and simple...[login to view URL] But I don't want you to copy it according to term of use. All I want is to create basic template pages(home, download, FAQ, contacts) with images and logo on it for WengSoft Software. It would be nice if you provide also a WS logo. Download should have a category and each software should be clickable and loads the description of the software. Just put any text to the software name, description, faq, contacts, etc. I am open to other suggestion. Again, I only want a simple and light pages because they are faster to load.
