a few coding issues on my website

Budget $30 Timeframe: 1 or 2 days My website is completely functional. However,on my [login to view URL] page there are these weird characters on it. The look like this:  Please remove it, and make sure it doesn't come back again. Also, for content management system. There are 5 pages faq, contact us, services, privacy policy and about us pages. When my earlier developers setup the html editor, there is a tiny glitch that they setup a default hyperlink that automatically puts my domain name for every hyperlink I decide to put in. For example, let just say I wrote my content on one of the 5 pages. And I want my visitors to go to [login to view URL] . I would like to hyperlink google to go to [login to view URL] . When I edit to create a href link... it automatically adds a <a href="http://my website domain .com"> then google.com. So on the front end of my page.. The visitor goes to "[login to view URL]"/google.com. I just want that fix. Since my website has been "developed" and coded to death by programmers... this should be an easy job.
