computer memory simulation program

This program is to simulate a computers memory. It will use an array of MEMSIZE 4096 and will use a function called display that takes 2 integer parameters, first and last, and outputs the contents of the memory array between those 2 addresses. The function should check that the parameters are sensible. The program assigns values to the memory array in some systematic way. It also calls display to demonstrate that it works correctly. It will also include a load function that reads data in hex from a file into your representation of memory. The user specifies the name of the file at run time when the function is called. This is a general overview of the program requirements.
