We need to build data input system that enters pre-stored details into web forms and then submits them. We have a list of data (telephone numbers, names etc) and we would want to auto populate web forms on specific websites and auto submit. We would want to be able to control the volume of submissions each day and the timings of those submissions (i.e. "make a new submission every 10 minutes and submit no more than 500 enquiries per day"). The website that the forms are to be submitted to has a database itself so auto queries should be run (based on a postcode search) and then submissions made to each of the returned results. Further details will be provided to the winning bidder. In order to bid for this project we would like to see examples of similar/previous work done.

Hi, I am a Java developer from Romania who also has experience with automating web sites testing and data entry using Selenium. I also worked with several database types(Oracle,Mysql,Mssql) so querying the database would not be the problem. In order to control the volume I could create a small user interface where you can controll the desired data.
