Convert Word Doc's to PDF

This is a simple program to create if you know what you're doing. I want and easy and simple to use application that converts Word documents into PDF files and translates the web links created in Word to web links in the PDF document. Must work easily and flawlessly on Windows 98, ME, XP and 2000 Must fully install on the user’s computer and be delivered to me in a “ready-to-run?? form. Should allow saving and changing of user preferred settings for the program. Should be written in Delphi or C++ unless you can give me a very good reason why it should be written in another language. Do not want Java. The resulting PDF documents must be compatible with all versions of Acrobat Reader 3.0 and later. It must optimize the Word document based on the "screen" settings in Adobe Acrobat and be as small in file size as possible as they will be distributed over the web and the file sizes need to be minimized. Must allow the user to set parameters for optimization of pictures. I must have full and unlimited rights to the software and be able to sell, give away, modify or do whatever I want to the code. Programmer will supply list of all dll’s used, all source code, and documentation that code used is free from any and all licensing requirements. 1. easy to use 2.
