Consulting Game

We are looking to hire an experienced game developer to create only the beginning of an application. This programmer must have verifiable game programming experience. This talented person must be available immediately. If this milestone is completed well, there will be more work following right away. The final deliverable of this first stage needs to be a working proof-of-concept prototype. Please have this up and running on a development webserver we can access to test its functionality as described below. **General Overview** We are a large consulting firm. One of our specialties is structuring corporate retreats with team-building activities. As part of a technology-oriented initiative, we want to create a game which will require teams of executives to work together in a collaborative manner that will reinforce group dynamics we have identified as needing improvement in their particular fields. The idea is to have small teams across multiple locations race each other through a series of challenges. These challenges will consist of 10 questions that are answered by each team under a ticking clock. This will be experienced in real-time and all teams will race each other at same time (meaning all teams at all locations will compete at the same time). Each race will take approximately one hour.
