CPanel account backup utility

Coder will have to write small Windows application in Delphi or C# (eventually if coder suggests something else) that will initiate Full backup of CPanel accounts from Web hosting server. Full backup is done manually on following way: 1. User login into CPanel web hosting interface through web browser with his username and password for web site (for example [login to view URL] 2. go to page [login to view URL] 3. choose backup destination and method (need Secure copy -scp) 4. then fill the rest of informations in fields on page (remote server on which system will copy backup file, remote user, remote password, remote port (default is ssh port 22), remote dir where web server will over internet upload backup file (for example /mnt/data/backup_user1). I want to automate this job for a few of my web sites. Because of that I want to enter once this data in one form per web site. Data will be stored in some simple access database. When I click on run backup button all enabled web sites will be backed up one after another. Basicaly application will need to using some web component post data from form to desired server and to wait few sec for OK code that backup is iniciated and then to go to backing up next web site. Remote server and other remote data are related to my online data storage on which will be uploaded data from web sites servers. Great would be to also implement schedulling, so application would start backup process on desired time, day, interval, ... I expect to get source code and compiled version of everything with comments inside of source code on important places.
