**Proposal: CGI/ISAPI Support Module for NETFile Web Server** Basically we need to have our static 32-bit Windows Web server coded with ICS in BCB6 to support dynamic content creation. Fastream will deliver no prior code to the developer and the developer will develop the program on top of the simple ICS WebServer demo. The project will be coded in BCB (Borland C++ Builder) 6 compatible languages like VCL C++ and/or Delphi. It must compile with BCB6. Duration is 45 days and ISAPI 6.0 and CGI 1.2 must be supported. If ASP and/or JSP/Servlets could be supported (optional) we can pay $100 for each. The last 15 days of the duration period, Fastream developers will work in conjunction with the developer and they will do the integration with the help of the developer. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Basically we need to have our static Windows 32-bit Web server coded in BCB6 to support dynamic content creation 5) CGI 1.2 must be supported 6) ISAPI 6.0 must be supported 7) PHP 5 and PERL 5.8 must be supported 8) Must be compatible with ICS (Internet Component Suite) and ICS-SSL from <[login to view URL]> 9) End code must be thread-safe (will be run on multi-threaded ICS-derivative server) 10) No code from Fastream will be delivered to the contractor. Contractor will code the project using ICS (open source, freeware) as a test unit. Since ICS itself is not multi-threaded, some open source derivative of ICS could be used from the above URL for testing purposes 11) If JSP/Java servlets and/or ASP could be supported, additional payment could be arranged (US$150 for each) 12) Must be coded in either Borland C++ Builder VCL C++ or Delphi Object Pascal so that BCB 6 could compile the code (wrapper code will be BCB C++, test unit should also be coded in the same environment) 13) Design, implementation and testing/debugging must be completed within 45 days beginning with the signing date of the agreement. The last 15 days to be reserved for integration with NETFile Server 14) All reported bugs must be corrected within 48 hours including those arising from the integration with the NETFile Server code 15) From the beginning of the agreement, every 10 days, milestone codes must be delivered 16) Maximum offer for the project is $500 ## Platform 32-bit Windows, Borland C++ Builder 6
