Application in a Box - Consumer Ready

Application will be a search engine for stock pricing, index and history for any given stocks on NASDQ and DJI. This application will require Level I 3/4, Level II or Internet based data feeds to search “real-time?? data. The user will type in a ticker symbol and the search will provide simultaneously all required data for evaluating each stock. Each stock will have projected data based on algorithms (more on this later). The user will see a simple light system telling them good and bad times to buy the stock based on those algorithms (this is a generalization, but I think you get the point). In this same search, it will display strong stocks currently moving in the market. In addition, it will show the lights system displaying the best times to buy, i.e. 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 60 minutes, 30 days, etc. (based on user preference .dll) The user will also be able to customize this search with entering in their purchase price and see gains and loses based on their data. There is much more I would like to add. However, it is not required for this application version. I will set up an account/IP address for you to gain access to data feeds. Not sure when this will be available. For now, a general idea in cost for this type of program would be great.
