Dispatching SW for Windows or online, then a app that gets the dispatch for a mobile lab tech

Good Day Bidders. Summary; I have a mobile blood / urine collection company. I am looking for software that is either written for windows or for the internet, that transmits and collects work order information and then on the Android Device receives this information and then transmits the info back to the database. Windows App Needs input from operator for the following; - Order # - Insurance Company (Pick from a list of insurance companies that is stored in database) - Clients name, address, phone number etc.... Would be nice if it could integrate with google maps to calculate mileage. - Lab (Again from a pre-defined list) - Tests Ordered (Pre-Defined List) - Which Tech it is assigned to Then it will show data collected by the android device; Android Device, - Received data from dispatch software - Status of call (Assigned, Awaiting reply, Complete, Cancelled) - Contacted Client info (Such as Left Voice mail, Left message with, made appointment) and this would be date and time stamped - Appointment date & Time - Lab Slip Barcode (Like it to be able to scan the barcode) - Waybill # (would like to scan this as well) Please feel free to contact me to clarify.
