convert phplinkdirectory apache .htaccess to isapi rewrite httpd.ini for windows IIS

HI, I have just purchased php link directory version 3.x, but my server is windows 2003 IIS, so therefore the apache .htaccess file does not work to make the seo urls friendly. I have isapi rewrite installed, so apparently one should use [login to view URL] to make this work. I need someone to do a quick conversion of the .htaccess file that comes with the package to [login to view URL] compliant so that it works on my server so that the urls become seo friendly. so instead of [login to view URL] it should be [login to view URL] This is a quikie for someone who know what they are doing. Obviously i would prefer someone who has already done this before. I have uploaded the .htaccess for you to see.
