convert chinese character from Ms word to html

Project: Chinese Character input for html pages **(Important: Person must know chinese writing)** I have a complete English web site. I need to create a chinese version (Big 5) of the web site. All the chinese contents are in microsoft word document. I need someone to convert chinese ms word to html. since I already have all the html (asp) ready, you can covert the chinese ms word to plain big 5 text file and copy the text into html (asp) pages. There are about 50 pages. Note: I need clean html code.
