A Dot net page with dynamic email assignement for anonymoust posting of classified adds

Write pages to integrate into existing web site for taking classified adds and posting using dynamic email (for anonymous posting). Use MS SQL email with script that will forward to the user posting add , but add will be displayed showing anonymous email. so an input form in .NEt and a disyplay page showing different categories, or States , listing pages for each category ,and details for each posting on a page.
